To register you must be a homeowner on title and the information Avalon has in their records must match the information you submit. Registration will close 2 hours prior to the meeting to allow time to verify information. YOU MUST REGISTER WITH YOUR LA CRESTA PROPERTY ADDRESS OR APN # ONLY. Once you register, you will be registered for meetings from January to November 2021.
If you would like to submit a question for homeowner forum, please send by 12:00 pm the day of the meeting to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name, address and question in the email; your question will be addressed by the Board at the meeting. Questions submitted after 12:00 pm will be added to the next month’s meeting. You will receive an email to confirm your question was received.
The agenda will be posted on the website at https://www.lacrestapoa.com/ in the homeowner portal and the roadside easements - Avenida La Cresta @ Avenida Bonita.
