We need volunteers! Three (3) Board of Directors positions are up for election at the Annual Meeting of the Members scheduled for September 27, 2015. Any property owners who are interested in serving on the Board of Directors can have their names placed on the Secret Ballot that will be mailed out in August.
If you would like to run for one of the three open positions on the Board, please download and submit a Volunteer Application found under Documents & Forms. Please be sure it is received by Avalon Management no later than August 13, 2015 at 5:00PM. Please contact Avalon if you have any questions regarding running for the Board of Directors. If you do not choose to volunteer or run for the Board of Directors, the Association requests that you please complete your ballot and return it to the Inspector of Election. This year the Board will include Business Reply Mail, which will cover the cost of postage for returning your ballot. Thank you for participating!
