To register you must be a homeowner on title and the information Avalon has in their records must match the information you submit. Registration will close 2 hours prior to the meeting to allow time to verify information. YOU MUST REGISTER WITH YOUR LA CRESTA PROPERTY ADDRESS OR APN # ONLY. You only need to register one time and that will give you access to all Open Session meetings.
If you would like to submit a question for homeowner forum, please send by 12:00 pm the day of the meeting to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name, address and question in the email; your question will be addressed by the Board at the meeting. Questions submitted after 12:00 pm will be added to the next month’s meeting. You will receive an email to confirm your question was received.
The agenda will be posted on the home page of the website at https://www.lacrestapoa.com/ and in the homeowner portal.
