The Trails at Santa Rosa recently completed their landscape installation at the corner of Clinton Keith and Avenida La Cresta, what an improvement!!
Please see the notice below from The Trails at Santa Rosa HOA to all residents in La Cresta.
"To all our neighbors up here on the hill,
Now that the front entrance has been landscaped, a policy needs to be enforced. “Absolutely NO advertising or signage will be permitted at the entrance (Clinton Keith and Avenida La Cresta), this includes the two corners, center area, and hump”. Please help us keep our entrance looking beautiful.
To help us enforce this policy, we will need to help of the community to remove all signage placed in any of these areas as soon as it goes up.
Please get the word out to all your members; it has been a long time since we have had a beautiful looking front entrance to all our homes.
