Due to today's rain showers, the final portion of slurry work on Avenida La Cresta has been postponed until Wednesday, October 26, 2016. 

Tomorrow, Tuesday, October 25, 2016 the crews will finish the work originally scheduled for October 17, 2016 which includes:
Calle De Suenos from Castilla to Wendy Lane; Valle Vista from Sevilla to Avenida La Cresta; Via Vista Grande from Avenida De Arboles to Calle Brillante; Paseo Montana from El Tigre to Corte Rancho Arriba. These areas will be closed from 7:00AM - 5:00PM. Please plan accordingly. 

Wednesday, October 26, 2016 - 7:00AM-5:00PM – Avenida La Cresta will be limited to ONE LANE of traffic from Valle Vista to Calle Centro.  Traffic control at the Valle Vista and Calle Centro will be present; in addition, a pilot car will be used to ensure traffic flow remains at a speed safe for construction. If you are coming from Avenida Castilla onto Avenida La Cresta OR live on a cul de sac between Valle Vista and Calle Centro, please wait for the pilot car before you enter the roadway. 

Please be advised there WILL be delays of up to 25 minutes waiting for oncoming traffic to clear the single lane roadway.  Plan your schedule accordingly, or consider taking another route that will avoid exiting the plateau on Avenida La Cresta near Clinton Keith. 

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate everyone’s understanding of changes to the schedule to ensure the safety of everyone on the plateau.   

The Association apologizes for the road conditions on Avenida La Cresta today during the maintenance work. Due to the traffic control challenges of this road, the remainder of the road work on Avenida La Cresta will be amended as follows: 

Friday, October 21, 2016 - 7:00AM-5:00PM – Avenida La Cresta will be limited to ONE LANE of traffic from the entry monument/flag pole to Valle Vista. Traffic control at the entry monument and Valle Vista will be present; in addition, a pilot car will be used to ensure traffic flow remains at a speed safe for construction. If you live on a cul-de-sac between Valle Vista and the flag pole, please wait for the pilot car before you enter the roadway. 

(WEATHER PERMITTING) Monday, October 24, 2016 - 7:00AM-5:00PM – Avenida La Cresta will be limited to ONE LANE of traffic from Valle Vista to Calle Centro.  Traffic control at Valle Vista and Calle Centro will be present; in addition, a pilot car will be used to ensure traffic flow remains at a speed safe for construction.
