OCTOBER 5, 2022, OPEN SESSION MEETING INFORMATION AND AGENDA.

​​​The October 5, 2022 Open Session Meeting will be held in person at The Wildomar Senior Leisure Community Center at 32325 S. Pasadena Street, Wildomar, CA 92595 at 6:00 PM. There will also be a webinar that can be watched on zoom of the meeting. If you wish to watch this meeting by zoom, please use the instructions below.

To register you must be a homeowner on title and the information Avalon has in their records must match the information you submit. Registration will close 2 hours prior to the meeting to allow time to verify information. YOU MUST REGISTER WITH YOUR LA CRESTA PROPERTY ADDRESS OR APN # ONLY. You only need to register one time and that will give you access to all Open Session meetings.

If you would like to submit a question for homeowner forum, please send by 12:00 pm the day of the meeting to traci@avalonweb.com. Please include your name, address and question in the email; your question will be addressed by the Board at the meeting. Questions submitted after 12:00 pm will be added to the next month’s meeting. You will receive an email  to confirm your question was received.
 
The agenda will be posted on the home page of the website at https://www.lacrestapoa.com/ and in the homeowner portal.

October 2022 ROAD WORK SCHEDULE

Slurry Seal Work for the current Road Improvement Project has been scheduled to start in early October.  ROADS RECEIVING SLURRY SEAL WILL BE CLOSED FROM 7 AM TO 5 PM.  Please stay off all roads scheduled to receive a slurry seal until the contractor removes the barricades. Contractor will remove the barricades after the road slurry has dried to support traffic without damaging the slurry seal.  Slurry Seal work will be performed on the following roads and dates:
 
Tuesday, October 4th: 
·         Via Vista Grande (Avenida De Arboles to Via Majorca)
 
Wednesday, October 5th: 
·         Via Vista Grande (Via Majorca to End of LCPOA Limits (~2125’ North of Via Majorca)
·         Calle De Companero (Avenida La Cresta to Vista De Montanas)
·         Vista De Montanas (Vista Del Bosque to Calle De Companero) 
 
Thursday, October 6th
·         Vista Del Bosque (Vista De Montanas to Calle De Companero)
 
Friday, October 7th
·         Calle De Companero (Vista Del Bosque to Corte Poma)
·         Avenida De Arboles (Via Majorca to 1250’ South of Via Coneviento)
 
Thursday, October 13th
·         Calle De Companero (Vista De Montanas to Vista Del Bosque)

The 2022 Annual Meeting will be held Sunday, September 25, 2022 at 1:00 PM at The Wildomar Senior Leisure Community Center at 32325 S. Pasadena Street, Wildomar, CA, 92595. If you need a replacement ballot please contact the Inspector of Elections -HOA Elections of California, Inc. directly. You can request a ballot online-https://hoaelections.net/ or by phone at (951) 667-7191 | (888) 589-VOTE (8683). Please vote!!

SEPTEMBER 7, 2022, OPEN SESSION MEETING INFORMATION and a MEET AND GREET WITH THE CANDIDATES RUNNING FOR THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS.

The Meet and Greet will be held before the Open Session meeting from 5:00 to 6:00 pm.
