La Cresta is a private community of custom homes, equestrian estates, avocado ranches and vineyards. We are located on the Santa Rosa Plateau adjacent to the SRP Ecological Reserve and near the communities of Bear Creek, Santa Rosa West, La Cresta Highlands, The Trails, and Tenaja. La Cresta Property Owners Association was formed as a non-profit association in 1969 and incorporated in 1989 as a non-profit mutual benefit corporation for the purpose of maintenance, repair, and upkeep of the private roads, drainage improvements, slope easements, water acquisition areas, and fire retreat areas within in its boundaries.
La Cresta has five-acre minimum parcels with 887 parcels with approximately 60% of the parcels having single family homes. La Cresta has a total area of approximately 5,878 acres and maintains approximately 26 miles of roads! In addition to a five person Board of Directors, the community is served by a variety of active committees. The Board and the Committees are comprised of property owner volunteers. The Board is elected by the members and committee members are appointed by the Board and assisted by Avalon Management, a local professional management company. |
