_La Cresta Property Owners Association is a California non-profit corporation. The primary role of the Association is to maintain aesthetic control, enforce the governing documents, and care for Association owned streets/
The Association is governed by a five-member Board of Directors made up of owners and elected by the membership each year. The Board meets monthly.
The Board uses the services of a professional association management company to run the day to day operations. Should you have a concern or question regarding La Cresta please contact:

Architectural Issues:
Architectural decisions, including approving Home Improvement applications are made by the Board of Directors. Applications are reviewed at the monthly Board Meetings.
Violations:
The Board of Directors has directed the management company to perform inspections of the community monthly to ensure there are no violations of the governing documents. If a violation is found, the management company mayl issue a letter to the owner, which is the start of La Cresta’s enforcement policies. If you receive such a letter, it is generally due to one of these inspections. While no one likes getting this type of letter, it is through this process that your property values are maintained.

The Association is responsible for all interior common areas:
